  • Return or exchange an item:

    1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,

     please inform us via e-mail within 7 days

     and return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

    2. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

     We will issue a refund less 10% repacking fee, excluding the original delivery charge.

     Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.


    3.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

     Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send

    the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 


    4.The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.


    5.Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

    6.Due to the price increase by Royal Mail our FREE shipping service has changed to 2nd Class, 

    please allow 3-5 working days for delivery when choosing this service.

    7. 99.9% of the time Courier are spot on with all deliveries. We can not be held responsible for delays with Courier but we will do our up most to help and resolve any issues were possible. Proof of postage is obtained for EVERY item shipped.
