DELIVERY & RETURNS
All normal orders will be processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday excluding Weekends, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays) of your order, for urgent deliveries we recommend Special Delivery as it is a Guaranteed Delivery on Next Working Day of Shipping.
We aim to dispatch all items before 3pm Monday-Friday on the same day. If ordered after 3pm on Friday your order may not be dispatched until the following Monday. Orders for customer's satisfactions and delivery accuracy we offer two delivery options.
1. Free Economy Service (3-5 Working Days Delivery)
2. Special Delivery Next Day Service
Undelivered Parcel:
If your parcel comes back to us due to any reason like addressee has gone away, no answer, address incomplete, address inaccessible, address unknown, refused, not called for or recipients (no one) available to sign the parcel to the delivery address, then the buyer is responsible for, the process of resending the parcel to the buyer again.
Please do not sign for and accept the parcel if you find the seal is opened or the packaging is damaged. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items after they have been accepted.
Returns
If you are not happy with your item, please send it back to us within 30 days of receiving in its original packaging, unused and unworn condition. We will issue a full refund once we receive the item back. However please contact us with the details if an exchange is required and we will be more than happy to do so as long as we have it in stock, or a full refund is actioned. The buyer must return the goods at their own expense.
Please do not apply any tape or labels directly to the original boxes/packaging.
If it is a faulty item please contact us so we can resolve the problem for you.

Please message us via the eBay messaging system, however we cannot guarantee you the changing of the address because by the time your message reaches us we would have already processed your order and therefore we will not be able to change the details or address and therefore we cannot be held responsible.
To all customers please note when placing an order to be 100% sure of your Delivery Address with Full Name, House Number, Correct Postcode & Details on both eBay and PayPal Account are updated before confirming your order as once the submit button is pressed we cannot be held responsible for any changes that are needed as we would have already processed your order and therefore we will not be able to change details or address.
When can I expect delivery of my item?
All of our items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing (excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays). Please check our listings for specifics.
My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?
We apologise in advance if this happens to you. Please contact us so we can resolve the issue in question.
I would like a Refund?
A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date, and in its original condition.
