Listing is for the bulb. Push the bulb gently into the substrate in your aquarium, with the bottom two thirds of the bulb in the substrate, and the top third sticking out.Your bulb will soon establish. We endeavour to send out our bulbs with new leaf growth, however this occasionally isn't possible. If you are unsure which is the top of the bulb if you leave on the substrate in your aquarium until new shoots grow, you will then be able to successfully plant your bulb. These are new leaf shoots and should be planted upwards, do not completely bury the bulb. The plant can detach from the bulb during postage - not a problem, just plant the plant and the bulb separately. A new plant will grow out of the bulb and the detached one will take its ingredients from substrate.
