If you are unable to sign for a delivery a ‘‘something for you’’ card will be left whereby you can collect your item from a local delivery office or arrange a redelivery on a day that you are available. Sometimes there will be delays in your delivery due to circumstances out of our hands, but please let us know if you have any issues and we will do our best to resolve the situation. All jewellery is made to order – we aim to dispatch your items within 4 working days of your order being placed. Are our diamonds conflict free?
Yes we only purchase diamonds that adhere to the strict requirements of the Kimberly process (KP) who safe guard the shipment of ‘rough’ diamonds and certifies them as conflict free.

GIA is internationally recognised as the leader in Gem education, research and laboratory services. Committed to protecting all purchasers of gemstones, the institute developed the international diamond grading system and the famous 4 C’s of diamond quality, setting the standard for the grading and identification practises used worldwide. All purchases can come with a certification of diamond quality.
What if the jewellery doesn’t fit my properly when it arrives?
Not to worry, as long as you return the item within 30 days of purchase we’ll resize your item FREE of charge. All shipping costs occurred are non-refundable and your responsibility, we also request you attach a pre paid 100g insured special delivery stamp to send your item back to you. We advise that you send your returned item, as a tracked parcel to be sure of its safe arrival.

Simply go to your local jewellers and ask for your ring size to me measured. Generally this is a complimentary service offered by most jewellers.

YES! Whether you like the look of one of our existing designs, or want to add your own personalised touch or design a totally unique piece of fine jewellery. Our jewellery is produced by expert craftsman using only GIA quality diamonds that are ethically sourced through the Kimberly process guaranteeing conflict free diamonds.
