Description
This is very rare soviet Russian mold for lollipop making.
It consists of a 2 metal plates with hollows in the form of halves of different shapes.
Plates unite with staples, poured syrup should be poured through the holes. After the hardening plates are separated and you can see the real candies.
Lollipops are an old-fashioned sugar candy favorite. You can vary the colors or flavors to suit your tastes. Make sure you have an accurate candy thermometer for our recipe!

Recipe
Ingredients:- sugar (0,5 cup);
- water (2-3 tablespoons);
- citric acid (a small pinch, optional);
- vegetable oil for greasing the form;
- sticks (I used barbecue skewers).
The given amount of products is sufficient for one portion using the same form as I have. Optimal amount of water should be 4 times less than the amount of sugar. You can refuse from adding citric acid, but it gives a slightly sour flavor.
So, cover sugar with water and add some citric acid.
Put on a small fire and poach, stirring frequently, until it becomes caramel-coloured.
Grease the form with oil and pour the syrup in it. A few second later, stick the skewers into the solution and let it cool down for about half an hour.
Open the form and take the rooster lollipops out.
As you can see, it is very simple.
By the way, slightly overdone lollipops are of great help if you are coughing.
