Returning Items:

Your purchase is protected by the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.  Please note you have a period of seven working days after the date of receipt within which if you are not entirely satisfied then you may cancel the contract after informing us first to get your money back.   However, items must be returned in the original packaging, and unused.   Returned goods are at the expense of the customer and consumer.  If you decide to return your bouquet then the same method of delivery is required to send your item back.
