Shipping

We will ship items within 24 hours after payment has been received on most orders Mon-Fri. We are currently only shipping within the 48 states. We will be extending our shipping internationally soon as on our main page.

Returns

For all items, if an item arrives damaged upon delivery, contact us within 7 days. Otherwise, the manufacturer will not accept product. Do not return any package without an RMA number. For items accepted for return, a 15%-30% restocking fee may apply. Any item past 30 days will not be accepted. For mistakenly purchased items or items the buyer found a better price, the buyer will pay for shipping, otherwise, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. These items MUST be shipped back as received, unopened and with original seals intact.
