We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal. If you need it to be sent to an alternative address then add the address to your PayPal account prior to ordering.

As soon as you pay for your items, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know the payment has been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable.

We hate to wait for stuff to be delivered, so why should we make you wait?

Items that are posted out via Royal Mail, so long as your order is complete before 12 noon, it will be posted out the same day.  Orders placed after mid-day, time permitting, we will try to get sent out the same day, but there are no guarantees.

Orders that are over £10 in value will require a signature on delivery.

Delivery options,

We offer several methods of shipping from special delivery- next day before 1pm to a collection from your local Argos. If you are not far from us then you can also come to collect, but please make arrangements with us first.

Items lost in the post.

We have been having problems with deliveries going missing in the post and we have identified that properties where you do not have exclusive access to the letterbox is where packages are going missing. This is typically houses that have been converted to flats (MHO's). If you live in a property where you do not have exclusive access to the letterbox then select a recorded delivery option in the checkout. If your package does not arrive and you live in the above type of property and you have not requested recorded delivery then we will not be held responsible for the loss and you will have to make a claim against royal mail for the loss.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and offer 30-day returns.

If you change your mind, or the purchase is not suitable, you may notify us to cancel the contract within 30 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Return posting costs will be at your expense. **
For items to be eligible for returns they must be as follows;

• Must be in “as new” and not been used.
• Packaging must be un-damaged.

Please be aware that some items we sell are exempt from the standard distance selling regulations (DSR). These include items that are made to order, perishable, custom made or pesonalised. If the item you are ordering is exempt from returns under DSR we will message you before the item is dispatched to confirm this giving you an opportunity to cancel your order. Once custom made products or personalised items have entered the workshop it is too late to cancel.

Items damaged on delivery.

Sometimes items do arrive damaged. We try our best to package everything in a way to reduce the risk of damage, but still royal mail and UPS could still damage the content of an empty box!!

If your package arrives and is damaged, then refuse to accept delivery and request it be returned to us and contact us straight away to let us know what’s going on.

If on opening a package you find it damaged, then photograph it and contact us within 24 hours of delivery to let us know you need a replacement.

If you have ANY problems with your order, please contact us via the eBay message service or direct (our contact details will be in your pack) before opening an eBay resolution case and please give us a reasonable amount of time to respond.

We are available Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm to deal with your issues. We will do our best to deal with issues. Outside these hours we will try to respond.
