Please do not apply wall stickers to newly painted walls - the guidelines recommend waiting 4-6 weeks to allow the paint to fully cure.

1. Where can I apply my wall sticker?

Our wall stickers can be applied to any smooth, clean, non-porous surface including painted walls, glass, mirrors, some furniture, doors etc.  We do not recommend applying to textured walls, only flat surfaces.

2. Can I re-use my sticker?

Our wall stickers are for single use only and ideal for long-term application.  Once applied they can last a lifetime but can be removed when desired by applying heat on the vinyl (hair dryer is perfect) and gently peeling away.  The stickers are not re-positionable.

3. How long will my order take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, please note this time may differ in busy periods.  Where handling time is longer than hoped, we always upgrade the postage at no extra charge. 90% of orders are received within 7 days or less, for personalised items please allow up to 10 days for delivery.

4. How is my item sent?

Wall stickers are sent in our branded postal tubes for safe and secure delivery. All our items are sent with our Royal Mail business account - from July 2016, this will include delivery confirmation barcode tracking for extra peace of mind.  As standard items are sent on a Royal Mail 48 delivery but in some circumstances, we may upgrade this to a Royal Mail 24 hour service.
