Ashley Exhausts are proud to manufacture and sell the Peugeot 307 1.6L 16V
4-2-1 manifold, which fits all 307 1.6L 16V models from 2001 - 2009 with engine code TU5JP4. If you are unsure, please email your car's reg and we can check before we despatch.
Our 4-2-1 manifold is designed to give excellent mid range torque with the 1 1/2" primaries and 1 3/4" secondaries, as well as increased power at higher revs. Suited to a 2" system, the bore size is larger than standard allowing the gases to flow correctly. The connecting pipe is separate to the manifold to help fitting. With the performance manifold fitted, a number of options are available for the system, quiet or loud, raspy or deep, and if you are local to Walsall, we are more than happy to hand build a system to suit your needs.
The manifold replaces the original manifold and bolts up to the standard exhaust, or any other that uses the standard join. The two lambda sensors will plug back into the manifold, but the engine management light will come on as both probes will give similar readings. Please remember this is not for road use unless a sports cat is fitted into the system.
Please note:
We powder coat all of our products in our 600 range and have done for 45 plus years and while the paint stays on most exhaust systems it can burn off the manifolds. Even though we bake our exhausts at approximately 200 degrees in an oven, the paint can still burn off. The paint is purely for cosmetic purposes and does not affect the performance of the manifold in any way. If you have further questions relating to this information please feel free to contact us.
