Our Free of Charge 48 Hour Tracked delivery is for the UK Only, if outside the UK please email us for a quote on delivery charges / options. We use Royal Mail, TNT, UPS, DPD and Hermes to deliver your UK orders. Returns
Product Returns & Cancellations Policy Occasionally we do get things wrong or the item you receive is not quite what you hoped for. Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 30 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions: Items are returned carriage paid by the buyer. Items are received in a resalable condition. Items should be returned unused in their original condition. Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. Items returned after 30 days from receipt, will need to be confirmed by us before the Return and the buyer will cover the return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier. Please advise our Customer Service Department of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 3 days of receipt.
