They are exactly the same as the former pair, just with an "AZ842 badge" on the left side of the rubber armor. They are still 100% genuine Steiner quality made in Germany with solid metal construction with rubber armor, nitrogen purged, coated lens, crystal clear glass, waterproof, fog proof, etc. Comes with a nice zip-up case (that is $45 by itself, if you buy it separately), strap for the case, strap for the binos, lens covers all the way around, cleaning cloth AND Steiner's industry leading Heritage warranty, which is a no hassle lifetime warranty. They will repair or replace the binos for any reason at any time, without the need for a receipt or warranty card, and it's full transferable to all future owners.
