How to Use Exfoliating Italy Towel for Body:

1. Prepare your skin: 

• Start by taking a warm shower or soaking in a bath for about 10-15 minutes. 

• The warm water will help to soften your skin and open up your pores, making the exfoliation process more effective

2. Wet the Italy towel: 

• Wet the Italy towel thoroughly with warm water. Make sure the towel is fully saturated but not dripping.

3. Begin exfoliating: 

• While still in the shower or bath, turn off the water to avoid excessive water running down your body. This will help the towel grip your skin better.

• Gently wring out the excess water from the Italy towel, leaving it damp.

• Starting from your feet and working your way upward, use the Italy towel to scrub your skin in a circular motion. 

Apply gentle pressure initially and adjust according to your comfort level.

• Focus on areas with rough or dry skin, such as elbows, knees, and heels. Be caution around sensitive areas, and avoid scrubbing too hard on delicate skin.

4. Rinse and moisturize:

• After exfoliating, your skin might be more sensitive, so it's a good idea to follow up with a gentle, moisturizing body wash to cleanse the skin and soothe any irritation.

• After drying off, apply a rich, hydrating moisturizer to lock in moisture and keep your skin soft.

5. Frequency: 

• How often you should use an Italy towel depends on your skin type and sensitivity. For most people, exfoliating with an Italy towel once a week is sufficient. 

• However, if you have sensitive skin, you might want to start with every two weeks and see how your skin responds.

6. Aftercare:

All items are shipped via Australia Post or courier service. All items must be shipped on our nominated shipper. We cannot use other accounts.

Days in Transit
Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Weekends and National holidays are not considered. When items are dispatched we will provide estimated date of delivery, however this is not a guaranteed date. For courier service please use shipment tracking details for accurate date of delivery.

• Please note that any taxes, duties, or import fees charged by your government are your responsibility. These vary by country. Please contact your local customs agent for further information.
• All international shipments include a commercial invoice with the required declared value, which cannot be changed.

Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped every business day, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or National holidays. Once payments are verified, items are typically shipped within one business day. Orders must be received (checkout completed and payment verified) by 12:00pm AEST to be eligible for same day dispatch service. Orders paid by Paypal e-Cheques cannot be shipped via an same day dispatch service as it takes times for the funds to clear.

Reduced shipping for multiple items
We can combine shipping for multiple items as long as you do not complete checkout prior to adding additional items. For orders with multiple items, you will be charged the appropriate additional item fee after the first item which will be charged at the single item rate. Combine purchases must be checked out within 7 days of auction end of the first item.

Insurance
All items are insured. If your item is damaged in shipment, we will work with you to remedy the situation.

Order tracking
You will receive an order confirmation with a shipment tracking number once the item ships. The status of the order may be tracked on website link online. Tracking is not available for Australia post parcels, however reference number would be provided upon request.

Shipping Rates
Please note that shipping charges for oversized items  will be excluded from consolidation. An oversized item will consolidate into your order for the purposes of payment but its published shipping charge will be added to the combined shipping charge for the remaining items.

International Duties, Taxes and Fees
International customers may be subject to additional import duties, taxes and other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Your shipping charge includes the cost of shipping and brokerage. Charges to clear your customs office for taxes and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country. Please call your local customs office for more information. We are required by law to state the actual purchase price for declared value. We cannot change this amount.

Checkout
After you have won the auction, or after the Buy It Now, please complete the checkout. Ensure you choose appropriate payment method. After the auction has ended, you will receive an award notification e-mail with checkout instructions from eBay.

Payment Terms and Sales Tax
All items must be paid within 7 days. You will receive a payment notification after seven days. If payment is not received by the 7th day, your auction will be revoked and considered non-paid. A non-paying bidder report will be filed with eBay. If you bid on the item in error, you may be subject to a relisting fee. All payments must be made in Australian Currency.

PayPal

We accept Paypal payments. If your Paypal account is linked to a checking or other banking account, payment may be considered an e-cheque. Paypal e-cheques will not be shipped until Paypal provides verification of payment. This requires 3-5 business days from the date that checkout is completed.

Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer
Save Dollar  accepts payment by way of direct deposit, bank transfer (clearance required prior to processing). There are two ways you can pay using direct deposit/ bank transfer:

1. You can transfer payment to us using Internet Banking
2. You can deposit funds into our account at our bank branch

Where possible, please ensure you enter your eBay username or last six digit of your contact number as the transfer description.

Money Orders, Bank Cheque and Personal Checks
We accept money orders, Bank cheque and personal checks (written in Australian dollars and drawn on a Australian bank) Please note that Personal Cheque orders may be held for up to 7 days after receiving your check for clearing purposes. Payment is expected to be mailed within 3 days of completing checkout. Please include a copy of your order with your payment. The payment mailing address would be provided when you check out.

GST Tax
All prices include GST.

Return Guidelines

• All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please contact us to request a number.
• No returns accepted after 30 days of dispatch date.
  
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties and taxes.
• Restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price would be applicable for items are not faulty.
• Refund will be issued on the product price (and applicable sales tax) less restocking fee. Original shipping is not refundable.
• Items must be received in the same condition as they were sold and must include all inserts, accessories if applicable and include a RMA# clearly written on the box.

Shipping Mishaps
We insure most of our items for the full purchase price. If anything happens to your package in transit, please contact us ASAP. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.

If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
