This listing is for one (1) Z scale set of  four (4) weathered shanty type buildings. This is a card stock kit. Very detailed and low cost alternative to populating your layout with structures.  Comes with a variety pack of signs to choose from, such as a Saloon, Sheriff Office, Ticket Office, US Marshalls, Gun Shop, General Store and many more. 

This is a kit and involves assembly.

No cutting is required! Easy easy easy!!

All pieces come pre-cut with perforated folding areas. You do not need a ruler or scoring tool to make fold like most other kits. Our production process takes all the guesswork out for you! Only a narrow pair of tweezers (not included) to help with some very small parts.  A fine tip brush and paint (not included) can be used to conceal perforation makes if desired.

Card Stock is a form of thick PAPER. This is NOT a wooden or plastic kit.

Assembly time is as little as 30 minutes with experience paper modelling for the set. A very basic photo instructional diagram sheet will be included. Very easy!!

This is a model kit and once assembled properly it will resemble the one pictured here.  No additional scenery shown is included

Additional finishing work pictured but not included in this kit:

Touch up painting to hide white paper visible on perforation marks. You must complete this with a fine brush and various mix of paint but very easy.

2. In your shopping cart page, select “request new total from seller” and follow on screen instructions.

3. We will send updated invoice back to you with shipping discounts if not already automatically offered by the listing format.

4. If this does not work, use “buy it now” but do not commit to pay. We will send combined invoice when you are finished shopping.

Note: If you pay for items one at a time, we cannot combine any shipping costs afterwards.

Returns:

• Accepted at buyers cost of shipping unopened/undamaged from original shipping condition if:

  • Not satisfied with quality, purchased in buyers error. Refund will not cover original shipping fee.

• Accepted it our cost both ways if:

  • There was an error in the listing or the item is not as described in the listing.

  • the item is defective / damaged in a way which prevents assembly or a lighting feature is DOA.
