Here is the The Riddler - From DC Super Heroes Series, MOC made by Toy Biz. The card does have some shelf wear on the corners and a damaged spot in the upper right front corner. The bubble is firmly attached to the card. This figure would make a great gift for any Batman fan or addition to a superhero collection.
