Heavy Items: We use Royal Mail for items up to 2KG in weight. Heavier items are sent via courier with DHL or UK Mail. Generally, where DHL or UK Mail are used, and the order is placed before 2pm, you will receive your item the very next day.

Remote area of the UK: Deliveries to the extremities of the UK, including, but not limited to; Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides, Highlands, Orkney and Shetland Islands may incur additional shipping fees depending on the size/weight of the product This will shown clearly before you check-out.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your item, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition.
