We use various couriers for UK & Worldwide orders, all orders are sent out using a tracked service. Delivery aims: 3-5 working days for UK orders; 5-7 working days for European orders; 7-10 working days for Worldwide orders. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being cleared.

For International orders - please be aware a customs and import charge may apply. We have no control over these charges and are placed by the customs and import department in the destination country. We cannot provide any additional information as these policies vary widely dependant on the country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for charges before you order as we do not take accountability for any orders that incur customs/import charges.

For products that are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 14 days via the messaging system. We will then issue you a Returns Authorisation Number (RMA); once we receive the product and confirm it is faulty we will provide a refund/exchange and also reimburse you with any postage costs associated with the return. When requesting for an RMA we will also supply a list of authorized couriers and services the item can be sent back with.
