Crash Testing Information
The harness has been tested at an established University testing facility using the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard for child restraint systems.
It has been tested for dogs up to 75 pounds (34 Kg's).
Please be aware these harnesses have been designed as a dog driving safety harness, not a converted walking harness as many others out there have.

They are merely a form of restraint to stop your dog moving around in the car and causing a distraction to the driver. So although the restraint may be fine in an accident the collar or harness many people attach it to are not designed for that eventuality. This harness is tested to its maximum and is designed to also be worn as a standard harness on walks.

The chest pad is made soft and supple and so reduces stress on the trachea and sternum while dispersing kinetic energy across the chest of the dog.
