You can set your own logo as the boot up and also drag and drop the apps how you want them.

Android Navigation: You can actually download a range of GPS Navigation applications via Google Play and run them on the stereo. You can download Sat Nav Apps like Navigon, Route 66, Sygic, iGo, Google Maps and many more. However, we have included saved our FREE Android Navteq based maps onto the internal hard drive so you can run the navigation whilst offline. Everything you could want from a navigation system is here. Search by using a full postcode, POI or by street and city. Nice clear mapping with audio directions assisted by lane guidance and junction view means you will never get lost again.

Rockchip PX5 Octa-Core Processors: Using Rockchip's industrial PX5 Octa-Core 64 bit Cortex A53 CPU chips is a new generation of high-end processor. Its high end machine configuration gives you ultra-fast running speed and professional multi-task processing ability. Your boot opening will be 10 seconds less than units that are still using quad-core technology. These CPU chips have been designed specifically for automotive applications with support for ADAS algorithms and 4K60 video decoding.

1080p HD Supported: The unit supports 4K60 video decoding as well as having the ability to play 1080p HD movies and display 2160p pictures. This is all possible on the Samsung 1024x600 HD five-point capacitive touch screen. This high pixel density provides amazing, vibrant video and visual effect.

The DAB accessory is sold separately though. You can use JES-DAB354, which provides you with a digital radio box and an interior mount DAB aerial. This is to listen to DAB in an offline state.

Bluetooth v4.0: It comes complete with Bluetooth built in providing hands-free telephone communication, with comprehensive compatibility to a variety of mobile phones. Complete with a built-in microphone, you can safely talk and drive at the same time. Plus if you have a compatible phone you can also download your phone-book onto the BT function. You can also play music stored on your mobile phone with Bluetooth A2DP audio streaming.

Screen Mirroring For Android & iPhone: Screen mirroring allows you to mirror your phone's screen onto the HD touch screen. You can choose to read messages or watch videos directly on the big screen of this head unit instead of your phone. Just connect your phone and go.

Mercedes Fibre Optic Amplifier Compatible: If your Mercedes-Benz has the fibre optic amplifier factory upgrade then our head unit can work with it but you will need an adaptor. You can find out which adaptor is needed in the FITMENT section. If you are unsure if you have a fibre optic amplifier, you can usually call Mercedes and if you provide them with your VIN number, then they can tell if it does or doesn't.

*At ATD, although we would like to avoid using phrases like Plug and Play, we know that installation is not always this simple especially with vehicles from the MB range, these units are supplied with the most common antenna connection however there are many variations of antenna setup depending on the OEM unit removed, it is always best to check which connections you require before fitting the stereo so you can order any additional accessories. Please be sure to purchase a good adaptor from a trusted source as there are many that claim to be amplified but are little more than a few resistors and a diode or capacitor.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This head unit is supplied with an ISO male DIN aerial adaptor. However there are many variations of antenna setup depending on the OEM unit removed, it is always best to check which connections you require before fitting the stereo so you can order any additional accessories. USER INTERFACE

Welcome to the amazing Android user interface. In amazing 1024x600 resolution (same as the Apple iPad), this brings a sleek high resolution view that cannot be matched by most head units. Sit back and appreciate the quality of this rapid user interface

With the Google Widgets menu, you can view all your applications and arrange them exactly how you want them. With the Apple-style skin assigned to the app designs, this really does look familiar and professional. 

With literally thousands of apps available directly from the Google Play Store, you can download them directly onto the head units internal hard drive. You can also expand the memory by adding a memory card, up to 32GB.

Built in Bluetooth means you can keep your eyes firmly on the road whilst having the ability to make and receive calls hands free. Simply connectivity. Get a call whilst listening to music or the navigation, the unit will allow the call and when you're finished it will resume back to its current function

A2DP music streaming with our unit will display the song information and artist (when assigned). Not many units do this. You can track back, track forward and play/pause by the head unit.

Android Media Player is an excellent default music player for playing music via SD card or USB. The new player also supports album art. There are many more excellent music players available on Google Play. 

We have pre-installed the Torque App. Purchase our ELM327 dongle and this will link to the vehicles ECU to produce some very handy information about the vehicle on the screen including some diagnostics.

DAB+ Digital Radio is available for the head unit but you will require one of our DAB accessory kits to enable it. More information on the parts required are in the description. DAB+ offers perfect clarity and lots of popular stations. 

The old school view of a wireless! Just like a retro look radio set up, this is simple to use and easy to tune . You've also got RDS and 30 pre-set stations available. All your standard radio features are also included: TA, AF and PTY.

Playback all your favourite movies in full 1080p HD.  The user interface will accept movies in Mp5, AVI and RVMB file format. You can even view pictures in 2160p HD as well.

Google Now is a very good App that is available. Let the head unit assist you in your every day driving and provide information that you need.

With Google Play Store, there is also a host of navigation apps available (some paid for and some FREE). You will have options like TomTom, Navigon, iGo, AutoNavi, Sygic, Route 66, Google Maps and many more. 

With built-in WiFi, the internet is available to connect and you can browse on-line or use your favourite apps online too. An essential feature for anyone wanting an Android head unit. 

Screen Mirroring with Android or iPhone can be done here. You can make the phone screen appear on the head unit and it will mirror whatever you do on the phone, on the unit.

If your Mercedes-Benz has a fibre optic amplifier you have two options:

1. If your model has the D2B Fibre Optic terminals, you will require our amplifier bypass extension cable: part number JES-KGLBENZ6M. PLEASE NOTE: If your model has the BOSCH plug fitting, you will need to cut and crimp the connections manually as the extension cable is not made for this connection. 

2. If your model has the MOST Fibre Optic terminals, you will require UGE-FOB01, UGE-FOB02 or UGE-FOB03 to retain the fibre optic amplifier. Please check which MOST fitting you have.
