Description 

This rebuild kit includes all the most common parts you'll need to rebuild an NP261XHD or NP263XHD transfer case found in Chevrolet & GMC Duramax diesel & the 8.1 gas engines.


Specs

Uses the 2.20" OD driveshaft slip yoke 
49 spline pump
42 link chain
40 tooth 1.5" wide sprockets

NOTE:
Check the round ID tag on the rear case to confirm that's which model you have.
 
If the tag is missing measure the OD of the driveshaft slip yoke. If it measures over 2" ( 2.20" ) you have the XHD. If it measures under 2" ( 1.85" ) you do not have the XHD & this kit will not work.
