This is a new and sealed Perfect Petzzz Collar Kit in blue. The kit includes a collar made to fit only authentic Perfect Petzzz. The collar fitz into slots A and B on either side of the pet's neck, just below the ears. Simply slide the ends of the collar into each slot. 

The collar comes fitted with a standard ID holder, ready for your pet's name. This collar kit comes with a number of ways to create your own look for your pet from bells to bandannas!
