- How to Use
- This product can be used four different ways.
- 1. Cleanser: Take dry treatment and mix with water in your palm. When it has reached the desired consistency, wash face as normal.
- 2. Scrub: Take a quarter-sized portion and massage into wet skin to cleanse, exfoliate, and detoxify skin.
- 3. Mask: Take a quarter-sized portion and mix with a small amount of water in your palm until smooth. Apply to face and leave for 5 minutes or until dry. Rinse face clean and pat dry.
- 4. Spot Remedy: Take a dime-sized portion and integrate completely with a few drops of water. Mix until sugar has completely dissolved then apply to trouble area. Allow treatment to absorb into skin for 10 minutes, then rinse clean.

Delivery Requirments
Orders are prepared and shipped via USPS First class post up to 16oz. If over 16oz, UPS or USPS will be decided based on shipping cost, time and location. For your protection and ours, all shipments over 16oz will require a signature. If no one is home to receive the package, your local UPS driver will hold onto the package for a second and third delivery attempt. UPS provides additional options to rearrange the delivery; please visit their site at UPS.com to visit these options. If you place an order greater than 16oz, please contact our customer service department through an eBay message if you would prefer USPS or UPS delivery. Note that packages under 16oz will automatically be arranged via USPS first class post unless expedited shipping is selected. Shipments under 16oz will not require a signature and will often be delivered directly to your mailbox if applicable. Tracking will be provided for each and every shipment. Note that the address entered when you checkout is the final delivery address. If incorrectly stated, please contact us immediately. The address cannot be amended, but the order will be cancelled, allowing you to replace using the updated address.
Shipping Issues
If an item is damaged, you shall not be held responsible. Please contact us to initiate an investigation within 3 business days of receiving the package. Please provide images before disposing of the packaging and damaged product, or simply do not dispose of packaging until the investigation is completed.
Although claims may take up to two weeks to process, you will be provided a refund or reshipment following contact with us. When your order is received, please check you order carefully. All returned items must have an RMA number marked on the outside of the package. Please email our support team to obtain one before shipping your item. We will issue a refund once received to our facility. To expedite the process, please provide tracking information once shipped. Return shipping is non-refundable.
