Your shipping address must be the same as your PayPal address.

If you want to change the shipping address, please change it before you make payment as this is not possible after. 

You can do this on the item's checkout page, you'll see a 'Change Postal address' option on the 'Review your purchase' page, 

click this link to change your postal address. You must do this before you finalise payment during checkout.

Due to automated order processing it is not possible to check your PayPal message notes regarding address change or any other information.

(Mon to Fri). Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch on weekends and holidays

All orders shall be dispatched via Royal Mail or one of our courier partners

Returns

We offer a no quibble returns or exchange policy within 14 days. 

All we ask is the item is returned in the same condition they were received, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange.

Please note you will be responsible for the return postage. 

In the event of a return simply send us a message through ebay and we will be more than happy to help.
