We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been despatched and the tracking number if applicable. We will ship your order within 1 Working Day upon Receiving Cleared Payment except Sunday and Bank Holidays. Our standard delivery is without Tracking Number. For any reason if you are unavailable to accept the parcel, then the parcel will be held at your local Mail sorting office waiting for collection by you.

If your country charges for any import tariff or taxes, it is your responsibility as a citizen to pay for it. We will not be liable if your country custom department detains your parcel.

• If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 working days for a full refund excluding delivery charges and buyers will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Please note item must be in original condition unopened and unused.
• All Small items are subject to a minimum £2.00 restocking fee and heavy items will be subject to a minimum of £5 restocking fee.
• We must be notified within 14 days for items which are faulty on receipt; a refund will be issued once the fault has being confirmed by our technicians.
• Returned items must not be used or have any sign of abuse or intentional damage.
• We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing credits, or exchanges.
• All our items are packed professionally, we can’t be held responsible in case of any miss-handling but we will try to solve the issue as soon as possible and send out replacement where applicable.
