Charger takes one "D" type battery 1,5V (R20;  not included), made in the UK by R.A.Stephen & Co Ltd., measures approx. 12 x 9 x 5cm, weight approx. 550g
Dosimeter pen's detecting range is 0 - 50 R, dose can be checked directly through the eyehole on top, there's no need for any additional reader

Issued army surplus, used, good condition, may have some minor bumps from storage, dosimeter pen may have writings/labels on and its clip may be a bit rusty - nothing that would affect the use though, both charger and dosimeter are in perfect working order
