• Our dispatch time is 1 business day after payment is received.
• Our standard delivery provides is 'MyHermes', express delivery is 'UPS' and for some international deliveries is 'Royal Mail'.
• The actual delivery time depends on the location as some places take longer than others but average delivery time is 2-3 days excluding bank holidays, weekends and other holidays.
• We try our very hardest to make sure your parcel arrives safely and intact to you, we ensure good quality and secure packaging which will reach to you safely. However, if items unfortunately do arrive broken or damaged they can be refunded. Please read the 'Refund & Returns' section for more details.
• We don't recommend international delivery as most items tend to break during travel to long destinations, however if you insist on this, we can deliver internationally but it will cost you extra postage charges and different terms will apply for refund and returns. Please contact us by messaging through eBay if you would like international postage

PAYMENT:

• We accept payment through PayPal or by hand on collection.
• Please make sure you have a valid PayPal account prior bidding or purchasing an item.
• Please make sure you pay within a week after buying the item, if within that time you have not paid and have not informed us as to why, an unpaid item case will be opened.
• If you buy more than one item in the same period of time, eBay will automatically list your items together so you may be eligible for a discount so please don't pay for the items after buying them and instead, wait for an invoice with the discount we offer to you.
• If you are planning on buying more items and want this same offer to apply, please ensure you have informed us before hand so we are aware of your purchases.

REFUND & RETURNS:

We refund or partially refund items in all cases except for any joblots, bulk buys, or items posted internationally.

• They have changed their mind about the item when it has already been dispatched
• They have decided they simply don't like the item.

We pay the returns postage if:

• The item is chipped or broken slightly (repairable or minor unrepairable damage- Please note a partial refundis also available here)

• We respond to messages within 2-3 hours on average depending on the time the item is sent.
