Shipping Details

Item(s) usually arrive the next day if your postal address is within the UK mainland.
For the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other UK Islands it will take 1-3 days longer.
For European countries, Australia and USA, it will take about 7 days to arrive.

Guide How to determine the right Lithium charger

  1. If you have your old charger, please look the Input Voltage & Output Voltage (see column A and column B) and Output Ampere (see Column C) on your charger label.

  2. If you do not have a charger, please check your battery label for Voltage & AH or WH Capacity and refer to Column B and Column D as the table below:

Returns

We make sure our customers always come first. If anything you purchased is incorrect or not up to your expectations, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any non-faulty goods returned outside of the 14 day period without prior notification.
Items for return will only be accepted provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original packaging

  • The item is returned within 14 days

Some items from Powatechnic will be delivered requiring a signature upon receipt. Please check all items for damage before signing for the product as the courier will accept no liability for damage once signed for.
If you inform us of damages or shortfalls after signing for a consignment it makes it extremely difficult to make a claim from the couriers and some couriers will not accept liability.
Claims for damages and shortfalls will be processed within 48 hours.
