If Because of any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please inform us before leaving any Negative Feedback. 

We believe in Customer satisfaction. For any reason if you are not happy with our product or service, we are open to accept returns at your convenience. Returns are acknowledged in marketable condition within of 14 days of your purchase. Return postage will be paid by the Buyer. Please allow us 5 working days for refund.

Our delivery team make it sure that goods must be delivered to customers on time. Our Delivery team dispatch the product on the same day if purchased before 01:00 PM. We use “Royal Mail” First and Second Class Delivery Service.

 * First class 1-2 working days  *Second Class 3-5 working days (Free Delivery).

Once the order has been dispatched it is then the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver your item. If delivery doesn't arrive within 7 working days of your purchase, Please inform us immediately so we can track it through Royal Mail.
