Shipping Timescales

All items are posted within 1-2 working days

UK Posting

Royal Mail 2nd Class is the default free shipping service for most of our items.

We use Parcel Force for larger items.

Royal Mail 1st Class is available on most items subject to an additional charge.

We also offer Royal Mail Special delivery (guaranteed by 1pm the next day) for urgent orders subject to an additional charge.

Please contact us if you have any questions relating to shipping or if the order is very urgent and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

We reserve the right to use a 'tracked' or 'signed for' shipping service on orders over a certain value for insurance purposes. This will not affect the quoted shipping timescales.

International Shipping

We ship to a wide range of countries.

Large items are all shipped via Ebay's Global Shipping Programme.

Minifigures and smaller items are all shipped via Royal Mail's Tracked and/or Signed service costing a flat rate of GBP5.95 to ship to Europe and GBP7.95 to other countries (exclusions apply)

Regrettably, we can no longer provide a cheaper international economy service due to reliability issues.

Flat Rate shipping fees and multiple item discounts

To ensure that you benefit from combined postage and multiple purchase discounts, please ensure that you use the 'add to basket' option for each item. Ebay will then automatically apply the discount before you pay for the item.

If you have purchased items separately in error and have not benefited from a discount as a result, please contact us so that we can try to rectify the issue.
