 Shipping

All orders are shipped via standard postal services. International orders are shipped by Airmail. All items are shipped from the UK. We are aware sometimes items may take longer to get delivered and this is due to Postal Services who sometimes fail to deliver on time. Postal Services guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. If you have not received your order after the stipulated delivery times please feel free to contact us. 

 Returns

 Returns are accepted. Unwanted products can be returns by contacting with 14 days of purchase, Product should be unopened and in original packaging.

For any faulty or damage items please contact us via eBay messages and include as much as information. We will sort out of issue and can ask further information if needed which may include product or packaging images.
