We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

Delivery

We hate having to wait ages for stuff when we order online, so why should we make our customers wait?

Most of our items, if ordered before mid-day will be shipped the same day. If you order after mid-day, we will still try to get it sent the same day, but if not it will be shipped the next working day. Please note, we only post items Monday to Friday. Orders placed after mid-day on Friday will be posted on Monday.

Most of our products will be sent via Royal mail 2nd class post. Most items will be with you in 2 to 3 days, but in many cases items still arrive next day. We do have the option for First class post or if you need your item really quick then Special Delivery, guaranteed by 2pm is an option.

Larger products are sent via UPS. As soon as the product has been collected you will receive the tracking details. UPS only deliver Monday to Friday but if you require a Saturday delivery then please contact us before placing an order. If you are not available on the due date for delivery, you can, via the online tracking details, arrange an alternative delivery time. If you are not available when UPS try to deliver, your item will be taken to a local collection point and they will leave a card with the details where to collect your item from. UPS collection points are usually no further than a mile from your home address.

 

 

 

 

Returns

Returns under distance seller regulations (DSR)

 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Please be aware that some items are not eligible for returns under the DSR. Anything that has been custom made or engraved are not eligible for returns under the DSR.

 

Damaged Items

 

If your package arrives damaged via UPS then make sure the courier takes note of the damaged packaging and when you sign for it, sign it “damaged packaging” and your initials. If any of the contents of the package are faulty then contact us so we can get the item repaired or replaced.

 

If your item arrives damaged from royal mail, then contact us as soon as your item has arrived giving details of the problem so we can get the item replaced or repaired. 

Misuse of the eBay reruns process.

 

We all are aware of some sellers on eBay being scammers, but what we are becoming more aware of are buyers who know how to abuse the returns process on ebay. This is beginning to cost a significant amount of money and is endangering our low costs.  so lets make things clear.

All of our items are checked before dispatch so we can avoid most issues. But sometimes things are missed. If your item does arrive broken or damaged then we do not have any issue in replacing a damaged item. We have a problem where a person is not happy with the item and is returning under distance selling regulations. We know that sometimes things once you have it in your hand are not what you expected, but are accurately described in the product description. This is why we have distance selling regulations and as a responsible seller we fully comply with these regulations. The problem we have been having more of is that some less scrupulous people are claiming the item was defective so that we have to pay the rerun post for a product they don’t want.

 

So from now on, when people use the eBay returns process, before the return is approved we will require photo evidence of the defect before the return process will be approved. after the item is returned, before any refund is made the item will be checked for defects. If it is not defective we will deduct the cost of the return post from the refund and make a complaint to eBay that the returns process is being abused. If the item has not been returned in its entirety we will not make a refund until we have received all items back. Again, we will report to eBay the misuse if the returns process

We do welcome that eBay do have protection for buyers, the more confidence buyers have the better it is for everyone all around. Its just a disappointment that the things that are put their to protect the genuine buyer are being used against the genuine sellers.

 

Refunds

 

If you have sent an item back for a refund then once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account minus the original cost of shipping.

 

Shipping

 

When retuning an Item under DSR, then you are responsible for the cost of the return post. We advise that you send your item via a tracked service as we will not be held responsible for missing returned items.
