COLLAGEN-BUILDING

We’ve all heard of collagen. It is an essential protein produced by our bodies, creating that 'plump' looking skin with that youthful elasticity. As we age (and are subject to countless environmental stressors), our body's collagen production starts to slow down.

Rather than adding collagen to our body via ingestion, which has questionable results due to stomach acid breaking it down, we’ve added vitamin C to boost our body's natural ability to form normal levels of collagen. We also include natural silica sourced from bamboo. Studies show that silica is a key co-nutrient for collagen and elastin production - and boosts calcium absorption to strengthen hair, skin, and nails.

To round off our Beautiful formula, we’ve added hyaluronic acid (HA) sourced from gluten-free, fermented grain. DIRECTIONS

Two capsules provide enough nutrients to support your hair, skin, and nails. This formula contains fat-soluble nutrients, so it’s best to take them with a meal containing fat for optimum absorption. This formula is brimming with B vitamins, which play an important role in energy production. So they’re best taken in the morning or early afternoon to power you through your day.

Shipping

Most orders are with you within 1-3 working days.

We aim to dispatch all other orders within 1-2 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). We occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case then we will contact you to advise of the expected delivery date.

An express delivery option is available on selected items. If your order is placed before 1 pm (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).

PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.

For orders cancelled after despatch, you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

Orders Delayed/Missing in Transit

We promise we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it, bearing in mind the points below. All claims for missing items must be made within 24hours of the date you receive the order.

What do I do if I have not received my delivery?

Please call us or send a message via eBay messages and we'll get back to you quickly with a response and tracking information.

What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery?

If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel, please follow the instructions on the card.

Returns

If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in case the goods are lost or not received, we cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained.
For faulty items, we will either replace the product with the same or offer a refund should the product no longer be available. 
Non-Faulty Goods
If you change your mind about your purchase you may return it to us unopened at your own expense within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit; after 28 days we do not accept returns. We do not accept returns for non-faulty unwanted items in any circumstance if they have been opened/unsealed. No returns? authorization code is required but ensure the item is packaged securely and the returns form is included. Please send the item back via Recorded Delivery - if goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in case the goods are lost or not received, we cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained.
