We strive to ship all items out the same day. However, please allow up to one business day for your item to be shipped. Please allow up to 7 days before item is delivered. For Best chances of getting Same Day Shipping, purchase must be paid by 3 p.m. EST. We use FedEx and USPS for logistics, and we do offer Free Shipping on most of our items, which means we use the most economical shipping method. If you wish to get your item sooner please Choose the Priority Shipping Method or contact us and we will be more than glad to adjust the shipping for you.

LARGE ITEMS WILL SUCH AS DOORS, TAILGATES, HOODS, FENDERS, AND BUMPERS ARE SUBJECT TO BE SHIPPED THROUGH GREYHOUND. THIS MEANS THAT YOU WILL NEED TO PICK UP AT THE GREYHOUND STATION NEAREST YOU. SHIPPING TAKES 3-7 DAYS. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION. 

Warranty

Warranty is on PARTS ONLY. NO LABOR COST, NO SHIPPING COST. Customer must pay shipping if claiming warranty. Item must be shipped back for new one to be shipped in warranty exchange.

Returns Allowed up to 30 Days from item received, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION COMPUTERS, AS WELL AS RADIO AMPLIFIERS, ITEMS ARE TESTED BEFORE SELLING. HOWEVER, IF FOR SOME REASON YOU RECEIVE A NON WORKING ITEM WE WILL REQUIRE A RETURN AND IT WILL BE TESTED. ITEM WILL BE EXCHANGED IF FOUND TO BE FAULTY, AND IF NO ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE WE WILL REFUND THE ITEM. All returns are due a 20% Restocking fee. This fee is waived if we send the incorrect item (item that was't purchased or listed in the item you purchased. All Returns must also be returned in the same condition that they were sent with all parts and/or items. We do not refund without a return.

ALL FRAUD RETURNS AND CLAIMS WILL BE REPORTED TO USPS, FedEx, and FBI IC3 INTERNET CRIME UNIT. RECORD OF FRAUD WILL BE RECORDED, INTERNET FRAUD IS CRIME.

Best Offers are to be paid within ONE hour of the offer being accepted. We have the right to cancel sale if item is not paid within the hour of being accepted.
