We process your order very fast (most of the time within 3 business days) and cannot track your item once it leaves the U.S. We cannot give you estimated time of arrival for your parcel-we can only tell you that the AVERAGE time is 2-6 weeks. Please be patient.   4)     PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ONLY - Our procedure for claims & lost item refunds - Our insurance company requires us to wait 45 days after shipping to initiate an insurance claim for lost articles (proved non-delivered items). If your item has not arrived within 45 days of shipping date-we will need a signed letter (not an email) from you in ENGLISH stating that the item did not arrive. As soon as we get this letter from you - you will get a full refund including shipping on your item that was lost via your original payment method.
