■  FREE & FAST Shipping on ALL orders to US.
■  Immediate Payment is required and we accept PayPal only. 
■  Order Cancellations: Unfortunately we cannot accept order cancelations since our system is highly-automated and orders are processed automatically on hourly basis. No orders can be cancelled. 
■  Combined Shipping: Since our system is highly-automated and integrated with eBay and many platforms, please use "Shopping Cart" function if you would like to purchase multiple items together. We regret we cannot combine shipping of different orders. In-case your order is too big/ heavy, our system may auto-split to more than 1 shipment upon order-processing, and you will receive more than 1 tracking numbers.
■  Incorrect Address, Refused and Returned Shipments: Please note that if your order is returned to us due to any the following reason(s):  Incorrect Address/ Refused/ Unclaimed/ Undelivered/ Not-collected by buyer-side, upon receipt we will deduct 50% of order amount as restocking & handling fee and refund the remaining amount. If you would like us to re-send your returned order, a RE-SHIPPING fee 25% of original order amount is required (again we accept PayPal ONLY). Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team for further details. We strongly recommend buyer to collect the parcel.

For International Buyers Order Cancellations:
Import Custom Duties, Taxes and Charges. Please note that ANY Import Duties, Taxes and related charges are NOT included in the item price or postage cost. ALL these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing order. Our company will not bear these charges and we will deduct 50% of your order if your order is refused/ returned due to these reasons. Additionally, we deserve the rights to deduct more in case 50% of order amount cannot cover all Duties/ Postage and Charges related. We strongly recommend buyer to collect the parcel.

Payment
■  We accept payment via PayPal ONLY. PayPal allows buyer to pay using major credit card (VISA/ MasterCard) or bank transfer.
■  Immediate Payment is required upon purchase of ALL items
■  Orders will be processed automatically on hourly basis and normally shipped out to your confirmed PayPal shipping address within 48 business hours/ stated handling time after cleared payment. Please note that business/ delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. 
■  Please make sure your PayPal shipping address is correct prior to bidding or buying, as we cannot update shipping address or re-direct orders or make any modification once they have been processed/ shipped out. 
 

Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. All orders will be processed within 2-4 business days and the delivery may take 3-7 business days to United States. We aim to deliver product(s) to you within the time frame given, but we cannot give an exact delivery date.  Please note expected delivery times may be longer than normal during public holidays (e.g. New Year’s day, Christmas, etc)

Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive tracking information notification.
To track the order on eBay, please click on “My eBay” at the top of most eBay pages and sign into your eBay account. Then click onto “Purchase History” link on the left side of the page and locate to the item in the list and click the tracking number to see the package’s shipping status.

Returns
■  Buyer should get in touch with us within 30 days of receipt and must follow our return policy and procedures for all returns.
■  Returns sent back without authorization will NOT be processed.
■  Products should be returned in unused, un-opened and re-saleable condition, including original packaging.
■  Any Early-Expiry/ Outlet/ Clearance items will not be accepted for return or refund.
■  All returns must provide a tracking number to us and customer is responsible for the return postage cost. 
■  After we receive your returned item, we will check and refund to your PayPal account. All postage costs cannot be refunded and please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return case. 
■  Fragrances, perfumes, aerosols and products with a flammable label are considered as Dangerous Goods (DG) and therefore cannot be returned due to logistic restrictions, please check these orders carefully.

Policies regarding Broken or Defective Items
■  Once you receive your order, please check your parcel and items carefully. If you receive any broken/ defective item(s), please get in touch with delivery company and us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt).
■  Do not discard any of the box, shipping label, packing slip or the broken/ defective item(s). Take photos of these immediately and send us via eBay with your order number and eBay item number within 48 hours of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will get back to you as soon as possible.
