Japanese Style Kawaii Friends cushion

The Kawaii Friends collection is a celebration of all things quirky and cute. Heavily influenced by Japanese pop culture, the designs have a degree of cartoon-like fun applied to them. Here we have Aiko the panda cushion and Nori the Cat cushion. The square shape of these cushions, alongside the sweet ears, gives a minimalist and modern look to this lovely design which works well for children but also for teens. They measure 33 x 29.5 x 8 cm. Terms and Conditions

 We prefer to use PayPal as it is simply the safest and easiest method of sending and receiving payments. We do ask that if you buy from us that you pay within 7 days.  All payments must be cleared before the items are dispatched.

Delivery - We like to offer Express, first or second class delivery on items within the UK. This allows you to choose whether speed of delivery or price is your priority. On larger items it is often better value to use courier services to get your item to you. We always strive to find a service which is of best value to you.

We aim to dispatch the item within 24 hours of receiving the cleared payment. We post Monday to Friday but not on public holidays.

Customer Service - Lavender White is a small and friendly business and we put a high value on customer service. Please if you are not happy with your purchase contact us as we always try to help. You do need to let us know of any issue within 30 days of receiving your item as this gives us the best chance of solving any problem. Please do not leave any negative feedback before contacting us, give us a chance to resolve any issue you may have.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if requested within 30 working days of receipt. You need to contact us before sending the item back so we can look out for the return and sort the necessary paperwork. The item must be returned to us in a saleable condition. If you are returning the goods for a refund, we will refund the full amount that you have paid for the goods including any delivery charges, but we do not refund the cost of delivering the items back to us. If the item has been damaged in transit, which happens very rarely, we do not expect you to cover the cost of return.
