José Ramírez is perhaps the most recognized name in the world when it comes to Classical and Flamenco Guitar makers; and certainly to many classical and flamenco guitar players. Ramirez instruments have been played by Guitar Masters like Segovia, Sabicas, De Lucia and others.

The all solid wood José Ramírez FL2 has a more complex design than the FL1A. The FL2 was designed by the fourth generation of the family in the late 90’s. The sound is bigger and rounder. This is a great choice for solo and lead. Its fast attack and drum-like basses make it a favorite of many.

The Ebony fingerboard makes playing scales smooth and fast while defining accurately. The basses and trebles are well-balanced and captivating. Cypress woods enhance the sound and rhythm.  It has a quick attack, bright and sweet sound projection and it is easy to play. Action is 3mm at 12th fret which is typical of most Flamenco guitars.

This José Ramírez guitar is a great instrument You will never be disappointed with this High End Guitar. It is very hard to find an FL2 that was made in Spain 17 years ago in such a good shape.
