Returns and Refunds

• We want to provide the best services to our customers, and have confidence that you will be pleased with our products.
• Please ensure all products are checked before you start using them.
• Yet if you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased you may want to return the item back to us within 30 days of purchase.
• If for any reason, you would like to return an item, please contact us so we can resolve the problem and issue a refund.
• Please note an Admin & Handling fee of 20% of the item value will be charged.
• Please ensure all items that you intend to return are unused and in their original conditions.
• All goods must be returned carriage paid.

Delivery within the UK

FREE Royal Mail 2nd class which takes 2-5 working days FREE

Royal Mail 1st Class – 1-3 working days

Royal Mail Next Day – Guaranteed next day delivery before 1PM

DPD – Items with weight above 2KG will be delivered via DPD          

For items sent by DPD, tracking details can be provided upon request.                

 All DPD parcels should be signed for on arrival.

There may be additional postage charges for Scottish Highland and the following postcodes: BT/IM/PA/ML/KA/G/KY/PH/DD/AB/IV/KW/HS/ZE

Delivery within EU & International

We use Royal Mail International Signed for service, which usually takes 7-10 working days. Parcels can be tracked throughout the delivery process and must be signed for on arrival. 

Failure to accept your parcel over a certain period of time will cause a return back to us.

Items that weigh over 2KG will be delivered using International Courier Service.
