Delkevic 4into1 Stainless Steel Exhaust - Straight Muffler - Honda CB750 CB900F

New Delkevic 4into1 stainless steel complete exhaust with a straight muffler for the Honda CB750 and CB900F DOHC models. One feature that sets this exhaust apart from others is the high quality welds. The stock exhaust collars and flanges are replaced with the parts included. The collars are welded to the down pipes, so there''s no more fussing with the stock collars and flanges.

We also sell the headers without a muffler and we have a version of this exhaust with a megaphone muffler.

Exhaust System Features:

  • The Cafe Racer style stainless steel muffler features a removable cartridge baffle. The silencer can produce two different exhaust sounds: a street racer rasp fully assembled or an open pipe bark and performance to match with the cartridge fully removed! 14" long and weighing in at just over 2 lbs, this muffler is true to the minimalist and lightweight features of the period Cafe Racer.
  • Down pipes are manufactured from 304 austenitic stainless steel which offers truly exceptional value for money and superior corrosion resistance to that of ferritic stainless steel ensuring your bike continues to provide miles of service and pleasure.
  • The primary section of the exhaust, which is mandrel formed to ensure uniform cross section and dimensions ensuring a guaranteed fit and performance, uses high quality 1.5mm section 304 stainless steel tube.
  • Headers are highly polished and designed to give a tight smooth line from the head with curved lines beneath the engine to give easy access to the oil drain plug and removal of the filter housing without removing the exhaust.
  • All exhaust products are made in a purpose-designed factory where stringent quality control procedures are implemented to maintain high standards.
  • The outer diameter of the link pipe outlet is 63mm.
  • Stock center stand can be used.
  • Stock flanges can not be reused since there are brackets welded to the down pipes for the springs.
  • Delkevic offers a 12-Month Guarantee on all down pipes.

Kit Includes:

  • 4 down pipes
  • Collector
  • Link Pipe
  • 4 Springs
  • 1 Spring Puller Tool
  • 4 Exhaust Gaskets
  • Bracket with stand stop rubber

Important California CARB Emissions (Road Legality): Replacement Parts

The California Air Resources Board (ARB) regulates aftermarket parts and has created regulations that essentially place all emissions related aftermarket parts into three categories:

(1) Replacement Parts
“Replacement Part” means any aftermarket part intended to replace an original equipment emissions-related part and which is functionally identical to the original equipment part in all respects which in any way affect emissions (including durability), or a consolidated part.

These parts are appropriate for sale and use on motorcycles used on or off the public highways. For aftermarket exhaust and other parts, there are two applicable scenarios:

(a) If the motorcycle’s stock exhaust system does not contain a catalytic converter, then an aftermarket exhaust part is a replacement part as long as the part does not remove or replace any emission control equipment originally attached to the stock exhaust system, such as oxygen sensors, and it does not require tuning of the fuel system to be used.

(b) If the motorcycle’s stock exhaust system contains a catalytic converter in the manifold section of the stock exhaust system, then an aftermarket muffler positioned downstream from the catalytic converter (i.e. cat-back) is a replacement part as long as the part does not remove or replace any emission control equipment originally attached to the stock exhaust system.

(2) Add-on or Modified Parts (exemption required Executive Order (E.O.) Parts)
Executive Order Parts are aftermarket parts that ARB has evaluated and determined do not adversely impact emissions, and thereby are granted an Executive Order (EO), which allows the part to be sold and used on specified (make/model/year specific) motorcycles. Any aftermarket part or exhaust system that replaces or otherwise impacts emission control equipment, including catalytic converters, requires an EO to be sold and used on a motorcycle used on or off a public highway.

(3) Competition Use Only Parts
Competition Use Only Parts may only be sold or used on motorcycles used in closed course competition. They may not be sold or used on any motorcycle that is used on or off the public highways. Competition Use Only Parts are aftermarket parts that replace, modify, or alter any required emission control device, such as a catalytic converter, oxygen sensor, camshaft, or fuel control module.
