ALL RETURNS ARE AT THE COST OF THE BUYER


Any item that is returned to us either by you or the courier because they could not deliver due to nobody being in at the specified address, you did not contact us to re arrange delivery or you did not collect from the Post Office, will be subject to a refund minus the original cost of the delivery. All items are attempted twice but items sent via courier ALWAYS require a signature, unless specified to leave safe. For all items sent via courier, the refund will also be subject to the re delivery cost back to us. No exceptions will be made. 

Last day for nationwide deliveries for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Wednesday 20th December by 1pm. For parcels under 2kg and sent with Royal Mail 2nd class last day for guaranteed Christmas delivery is Thursday 14th December. Orders after these dates cannot be guaranteed for Christmas and no refunds will be given for slightly delayed deliveries.


Any orders placed for nationwide delivery after Wednesday 20th December may not be delivered until Thursday 4th January (Royal Mail 2nd class may be a little later) due to these delays so please bare in mind when ordering.
