If your item is found to be DOA (Damaged/Dead On Arrival), you may request a free replacement unit within 30 days from your invoice date. After requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from eBay, you may or may not have ship your defective unit back to us with a provided prepaid return label.
