This is for a loose vinyl figure of the hero - CAPTAIN AMERICA. I got this and the other version awhile ago from a seller in Japan. It came in a couple parts that needed to be put together. I believe it is from the company Yamato and was part of a line of Marvel Figures. this is version B - the darker blue color.
