Product Overview

This package contains both our XP2200 peristaltic pump with stepper motor, and MSC3036 controller. A 36V, 2A power supply is recommended (not included).

Please Note: For successful operation, the controller DIP switches 1, 2, 3, and 4 need to be set to 'ON'. Alternatively, the switches may be left off and the "IPH" parameter set to 1500 via the manual interface. To enable auto- shutoff when the revolution counter reaches zero, set switch 8 to 'ON.' These settings and more are discussed in the included manual.

Features:

• >2200 mL/minute maximum flow rate at 36V, 300 RPM (Typically 7.5 mL per revolution with 3/8" ID tube)
• Included MSC3036 driver controls speed and revolutions via manual, RS-485, analog or stepclock inputs
• Requires 12-36V power supply; we recommend 2A capacity, and at least 12V per 100RPM desired operating speed
• 3 silicone tubesets included: 1/4" ID (#24, 25PSI max), 5/16" ID (#35, 20PSI max), and 3/8"ID (#36, 15PSI max)
• Compatible with any 3/32" wall soft tubing up to 3/8" ID (Viton, EPDM, vinyl, etc.)
