Shipping and Handing ⊙ Our postage rates include the expense of shipping, handling and high quality packaging. ⊙ We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address. ⊙ Items are generally shipped out within 48 hours after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded.) ⊙ The item will be sent via HK/China Post Air Mail. Generally, it takes about 7-15 business days to United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. And it may take up to 3-5 weeks due to strict Custom Inspection to Germany, France, Spain, Russia, Israel and some other countries.

Return / Refund
⊙ This product has Full One Year warranty. Buyers MUST contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period.
⊙ Our warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user's part.
⊙ We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned.
⊙ Items should be returned with original packages. For all return products customers MUST contact us for the returning address.
⊙ In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. ⊙ Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
