This nice spoon is decorated with an elegant all-over chased floral design on handle and stem in high relief.
The silver is in excellent condition reflecting only minimal signs of normal wear - no dents or dings.

THIS PATTERN WAS INTRODUCED IN 1892 AND IS ONE OF STIEFF'S ALL-TIME MOST POPULAR PATTERNS. THE COMPANY WAS FOUNDED IN BALTIMORE MD IN 1892 UNDER THE NAME THE BALTIMORE STERLING SILVER COMPANY. THE NAME WAS CHANGED TO THE STIEFF COMPANY IN 1904 AND THE NAME CHANGED AGAIN IN 1979 TO KIRK-STIEFF WHEN STIEFF PURCHASED S. KIRK & SONS, INC.
