Returns Policy:

Returns are accepted for a full refund if the item is faulty unless there is evidence of sabotage.

If an item is no longer required then refunds are given less P&P and a 10% handling/re-listing fee. Items must be returned at the buyer's expense in an un-used and in (as sold) condition with the tags still attached and in the original packaging.

Lingerie and underwear garments are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Notice of intention to return an item must be received within 7 days of receipt.

If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, please contact us first via eBay messages (NOT the feedback system) to resolve the issue.

Multiple Purchases:
Go to the listing and purchase the first colour and/or size option you require, ADD to BASKET and then Press Continue Shopping, it will take you back to the home page, go to the listing again and repeat the process for the next colour and/or size and again follow the same procedure. When you have finished buying the items you want, go to your Shopping Cart which is on the top of your page, click on one it and it will take you to your shopping cart. The eBay system automatically collate the items for you and combine your postage accordingly.
