The Franco Belge Montfort Classic fire brick set is an aftermarket part that is professionally cut via a state of the art CNC routing machine ensuring that the brick is 100% accurate to the original oem part.

These bricks have been vigorously testing in our own stove.

Comes complete with full set of Vermiculite bricks and a steel baffle plate

Why use a Vermiculite set?

Using a Vermiculite version of this brick brings a number of advantages:

  • Vermiculite offers far better insulation properties resulting in more keep staying within the firebox and being pushed into the room.  Clay style bricks leak a lot of heat through them with exits out the side of the stove.
  • Vermiculite is very lightweight so its a lot easier to install.
  • Value for money - Vermiculite offers great value for money
