Only orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri can be guaranteed of next working day delivery within the UK. We cannot guarantee next day delivery to parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Other Islands and a small number of other remote rural locations. When we confirm receipt of your order we will also confirm an expected delivery date. If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us directly through eBay. An order may be cancelled without reason up to 7 days after being placed. If the order has already been dispatched please see our returns procedure.

Returns and Replacements

At Golf-Xpress we aim to guarantee your satisfaction, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, please return them to us unused in the original packaging with the original tags still attached in a resalable condition, this must be done within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Exchanges will incur an additional postage charge; refunds will be given excluding the cost of postage, upon receipt of the goods to us. To arrange a return please contact us directly through eBay, standard operating hours are between Monday and Friday 9am-5pm.
