RETURNS
THIS POLICY ONLY APPLIES WHEN BUYER CHANGES MIND OR ITEM DOESN'T FIT. NOT APPLICABLE FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE ISSUES.
You may return your item within 30 days of delivery confirmation. After the 30th day, returns will not be accepted. All "I changed my mind/doesn't fit" returns are subject to 10%, 15% or 20% restocking fee (based on weight and price). This is non-negotiable and is to handle shipping I paid. Shipping is free only for completed transactions. MOST items will have a security tag attached. If that tag has been cut off, return of the item will NOT be accepted. I'm a very small business, therefore I can't afford to sell items for buyers to use once and cover the costs. This is why I was forced to implement the tagged returns.
In case of sole deterioration or un-noticed/undescribed issues, these rules are not applicable.
About Us
The items are stored in a smoke free environment, In a clean garage unit, designated exclusivelly as a warehouse. I have a dog and when he sheds the hair is everywhere!
I sell mostly used items, found in auctions, garage sales, thrift stores. I do not know the original owners and the history of use. Sometimes the items have been owned by smokers or smell like a thrift store or damp storage. If an odor exist, I descibe it in the listing.
I am inspecting my items with great care and attention to the detail. I clean and restore them when possible, so you can receive an item ready for use.
