Synopsis:

 In the underground Diamond Domain, home to many Carbink, the Mythical Pokémon Diancie serves as ruler. The Heart Diamond that sustains the land is beginning to fall apart, and Diancie is not yet strong enough to create a new one. While seeking help from the Legendary Pokémon Xerneas, Diancie encounters a group of thieves who want to take control of its diamond-producing power—and who awaken the Legendary Pokémon Yveltal from its cocoon in the process. Ash and his friends now must help Diancie discover its true power, stop Yveltal's rampage, and save the Diamond Domain.

Returns Policy

" If buyer have received the incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible and provide photo's which incorrect item status can clearly be shown. We will resolve the problem quickly and after confirm we will replace the correct item to buyer as soon as possible."

Each customer must contact us prior to any return. Returns and/or exchanges of merchandise must take place within 21 days of receipt of product. All products to be returned must be in unused original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact.

All items must be shipped back with a tracking number for inspection and processing prior to refund. If an item is shipped back to us without a tracking number and is not received there will be no way to verify if the item was ever shipped to us.

If the order qualified for free shipping we will withhold and not refund the shipping and handling costs incurred by us. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in acceptable condition.

In order to continue to offer the lowest prices on the internet, we cannot provide refunds for opened products that are not defective nor can we refund freight or handling charges. The terms of our return policy may change without notice.
